The Ameristar AdapTrack™ Gate Conversion Kit is a complete set of basic parts, hardware and accessories designed to convert any basic fence panel or gate into a smoothly sliding cantilever gate. The track itself is a specially designed one-piece aluminum extrusion (alloy 6005-T5) weighing 4 pounds per foot. The shape of the extrusion provides a completely enclosed casing for the interior roll of the truck assembly and a saw-toothed mounting surface that inhibits the framing from slipping out of position.
Track brackets are included to mount the track to either round or square horizontal top rails; the brackets may also be used around vertical uprights to ensure that the mounted track centerline remains plumb and parallel with the vertical plate of the gate. Track hardware includes two truck assemblies, two truck-to-post mounting brackets, two lower guide rollers, and a cantilever gate latch kit. Each truck assembly is composed of a heavy duty one piece steel mainframe (that pivots around a 1¼ diameter solid steel shaft welded to the face of the truck-to-post mounting bracket), four vertical stainless steel ball bearing roller wheels that support the smooth roll of the entire gate, and horizontal rollers that ensure proper lateral alignment within the track.

(truck brackets, guide rollers and latch) are provided with U-bolts (either
round or square as required to match for mounting to the gateposts).

Self-latching bolt and dead bolt can both be adjusted over 3/8" with
an Allen wrench.
Ameristar's GalvOnAll™ manufacturing process utilizes a full layer (0.90 oz. per sq. ft. nominal) of hot-dip zinc galvanization on both the outside and inside surfaces. This total protection process ensures much greater corrosion and exposure resistance than for conventional galvanized framework employing a painted interior.
The high-tensile steel used in the manufacture of GalvOnAll™ GBR-20™ commercial fence pipe is designed to retain 80% of the strength of heavy industrial GalvOnAll™ GBR-40™ fence pipe. GalvOnAll™ GBR-20™ is a strong, yet economical alternative for endless applications such as tennis courts, baseball and softball fields, and sports complexes, and a host of institutional and business perimeter installations.

Stalwart Post and Rail System™
The Impasse posts and horizontal
rails accept the Stalwart integrated cable system for added perimeter
security. This combination has successfully tested to the U.S. Department
of State's K8 Anti-Ram rating, stopping a 15,000 pound truck traveling
at 40 mph within 1 meter of the fence line.
SLIP-LOCK button makes manual locking simple from inside the fence. The "Max" latch can be padlocked from the inside or the outside.
HEAVY DUTY HINGES - Four and three quarter inch (4-3/4") pin means greater strength than any other comparable ornamental wood gate hinges.
LONG LASTING - Extra heavy
duty steel
(11 ga. on latch) and tall hinge pin (4-3/4") for extra bearing surface.
Polyester powder-coated to withstand the elements.
EASILY
INSTALLED on post framing whether rails are attached on face of post or
toenailed into side of post.
COMPLETELY REVERSIBLE for right or left opening gates.
COMPLETE SUPPORT - Transfers all the weight of the gate to the posts; will not allow sagging. Latch and hinges act together to prevent gate sag and maintain proper latch alignment.
SELF-CLOSING - Positive cam action of latch automatically catches striker when gate is swung to closed position.
HIGH SECURITY - Striker is completely encircled and cannot be disengaged when padlocked.
