Features:
- Doors are built inside at our factory in a controlled environment to assure you of top quality.
- This new system is stronger than most systems available and is substantially lighter, to allow easy sliding for opening and closing of doors. The Country Squire door is available with tempered window lites with an internal grid pattern and with a crossbuck pattern at the bottom. It is also available without windows with a double crossbuck pattern.
Specifications:
- Framing is made with Cannon Ball: HNP's own Kwik-Frame verticals and bottom rails.
- The horizontal girts are made with heavy duty 20 gauge galvanized steel.
- The frame system is layered with 3/8" wood, then seal coated with an adhesive to hold the 29 gauge painted steel skin covering.
- Ove the above is applied the window (if window is ordered).
- Then the whole perimeter is applied with a heavy gauge aluminum extrusion to accent the door and to form the crossbuck feature at the bottom of the door panel.
