Model 524-Standard and
Models 524S/524V-Insulated

Three high-quality, heavy-duty 24-gauge doors are designed for most commercial and industrial roll up door applications--providing long service under demanding situations.

· 2" thick sectional, steel, ribbed, roll up door
· Full 24-gauge, heavy-duty steel skins are hot-dipped galvanized, coated inside and out with an epoxy primer and finished with a baked-on white or brown polyester top coat for maintenance-free performance
·Available non-insulated or insulated with environmentally-safe expanded polystyrene molded to the section
· Durable rustproof Tog-L-Loc™ construction eliminates rivets and welds
· Many optional window and track configurations available.

Model 524-Standard and
Models 524S/524V-Insulated

Models 525 and 525S/525V are designed for applications requiring economy and reliability in a commercial door. Steel thickness is .019" min. This is equal to the "nominal" 24-gauge designation used by other door manufacturers.

· 2" thick sectional, ribbed, roll up door
· Steel skins are hot-dipped galvanized coated with an epoly primer and finished inside and out with a baked-on white or brown polyester top coat
· Available non-insulated (525) or insulated (525S/525V) with environmentally-safe expanded polystyrene molded to the panel
· Durable rustproof Tog-L-Loc construction eliminates rivets and welds.
· Many optional window and track configurations.

Both standard exterior and "partitioned" interior applications requiring high light transmission and visibility are satisfied by utilizing the durable and attractive Model 901.

· 2 1/8" thick construction, 6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy with integral reinforcing fin for maximum durability.
· Exlusive, capped rail construction helps seal out the elements and adds to door durability
· High security design features a locking panel retainer
· Standard finishes in high luster clear anodized or prepainted white or brown to complement most building designs
· Available with 1/2" insulated glass, DSB, plexiglass, wire glass and aluminum panel options
· Variety of options available to customize a door to your design and job requirements.
