Standing Seam Systems

MasterLok-90
MasterLok-90 is a trapezoidal standing seam system designed for projects with slopes as low as ¼”:12. MasterLok-90 is best suited for simple sloped roofs without dormers, hips, valleys, or other special conditions.

Maxima
Maxima is a mechanically seamed vertical leg standing seam roof system that offers unsurpassed performance across all field applications. Test results clearly indicate Maxima’s superiority over other vertical leg standing seam systems.

Medallion I
The striking profile of McElroy’s Medallion I & II Architectural Standing Seam Roof Systems bring out the best in any building project. More than a roofing panel, the distinctive profile of the Medallion I & II panels also make them ideal for mansards or fascia. Medallion Systems are easily installed over solid decking, utilizing metal clips. Clips and fasteners are concealed by snap-on batten caps and no special tools or seaming equipment are required for installation.

Medallion-Lok
McElroy’s Medallion-Lok Structural Standing Seam Roof System combines the style and beauty of an architectural product with the load handling characteristics of a structural roof system. Medallion-Lok is also an excellent choice for mansards or fascia. Panels are joined by an integral locking seam and held into place by concealed metal clips. The Medallion-Lok System may be installed over solid decking or sub-framing.

Meridian
Meridian is an excellent choice for residential or light commercial applications. Meridian is an economical, snap-together, concealed fastener roofing panel utilizing a slotted flange leg for fastening. Meridian offers ease of installation, longevity, and exceptional durability.

Mirage
Mirage is a concealed fastener roofing panel that is ideal for commercial, industrial, and architectural applications. Mirage panels feature 1 5/8” ribs spaced 8” on center. The end result is an aesthetically pleasing roof that will add beauty and elegance to most any project. Mirage panels are installed over solid decking or substructural members utilizing concealed clips.

Curving Systems

Architectural designers now have the capability to include McElroy curved roof panels in their projects. Both Maxima ADV and Medallion I are able to be curved on site to achieve the exact architectural effect and perfect fit for each individual project.

Maxima ADV
Maxima ADV panels feature radii ranging upward from 20’. Panel widths range from 12” to 18” in width, with profiles of striated or flat pan. The Maxima ADV curving program features a certified McElroy technician that will curve panels on-site to customers specifications.

Medallion I
Medallion I panels feature radii ranging upward from 3’ and can be curved on-site by a McElroy technician, or by contractor personnel utilizing rented McElroy Curving Equipment.

5V-Crimp

Max-Rib
McElroy’s Max-Rib profile is one of the most popular and most copied panel profiles in the metal construction industry. Well-suited to the post frame market, Max-Rib is also enjoying tremendous growth in popularity as a residential roofing panel.

Mega-Rib
McElroy’s Mega-Rib panel is easily recognized by its distinctive profile. Deep rib configurations provide optimum strength and maximum spanning capabilities. While the Mega-Rib design was intending to meet the demands of the industrial environment, design flexibility has made it a popular choice for architectural applications as well. Mega-Rib’s unique profile and high-strength characteristics also make it particularly well-suited for canopy projects.

Mini-Rib
The symmetrical design of McElroy’s Mini-Rib panel contributes to high strength and tremendous versatility of application. While Mini-Rib is appealing for fascia or soffit, its smooth appearance also makes it ideal for liner, accent or wall applications.

Multi-V
The unique panel design of McElroy’s Multi-V Architectural Panel makes it an ideal selection for a variety of commercial and industrial applications. Although Multi-V is an exposed fastener panel, its panel design allows fasteners to be positioned in the “valleys,” making them visually less apparent than with other exposed fastener panels. Multi-V represents an aesthetically pleasing panel which offers tremendous design flexibility for any building project.
