One steel door, two valuable features.
The two-layer structure of Clopay's Value Plus Series doors offers two important qualities in a garage door: durability and insulation value. Value Plus Series doors are constructed of durable 25-guage steel bonded to a 7/8" layer of energy-efficient polystyrene insulation backed with washable, stucco vinyl. The woodgrain textured, finish-painted steel exterior guarantees years of beauty that's practically maintenance-free, while bonded insulation provides quiet operation and durability.
Corrosion-resistant, long-lasting galvanized torsion springs offer up to a 50% longer life cycle than industry standard springs.
Steel skins are protected through a tough, layered coating system, including a layer of hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pre-treatment, and a baked-on primer and top coat.
Color matched exterior step plate/grip handles are durable, attractive and allow for safe opening and closing of your door.

1.Heavy 25-guage steel skin bonded to 7/8" thick polystyrene insulation provides comfort, energy-efficiency and quiet operation; total door thickness is 2".
2. Patented Safe-T-Bracket™ cannot, under normal circumstances, be removed while door is under tension.
3. Aluminum bottom weatherseal retainer is the highest-quality rust-proof design to effectively seal out the elements.
4. Shiplap joint helps seal out wind, rain and snow.
5. Galvanized steel hinges are durable, reliable and secure.
6. Top quality nylon rollers provide durability and quiet operation.
7. Step plates, inside and outside, make door easy and safe to close.
